[Resolved] Samsung India — high repair cost | |||
I have been using samsung s7 for the last two and half years. But recently the battery got bulged and the back cover came out. I approached samsung authorized centre to find out that there is a short in the motherboard and it can only be repaired by replacing the motherboard and battery which would cost around rs 15000.00. It is really shameful that samsung is charging high amount for old models. Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a washing machine on 2nd April, its spin tub is not working, it stops working in 15 minutes..I lodged a complaint on 8th September and again on 20th September but no technician has visit till date.
