[Resolved] Samsung India — I am complaining about my samsung smart tv | |||
Our tv isn’t working properly from last 15 days and i had complained about it in our regional samsung customer service centre they are not responding to it nor they have sent any service man and they are even arguing and saying it’s non of their business is this how you guys provide service to your customers while selling your products you say customers satisfaction is our motto but i am totally disappointed and really frustrated with your service now atlist this would bring you to action i think or i must have to do something else Was this information helpful? | |||
