[Resolved]  Samsung India — I had buy a washing machine and it is not working properly

I had buy an washing machine and it is not working properly and when i complaint for this they told that i will be charged for making it even it is in warranty period. It is not a good thing that i had brought a washing machine which is not working properly as i more believe on samsung that's why i bought washing machine of samsung but it is not working and when i complaint for this they said that it will charged for restoring even it is warranty period but also they will charged. It is not a fair thing that i believe on you and you neglecting me.

So kindly view mine complaint and save your company performance otherwise you know.

I have purchased TV from Samsung store at udaipur rajasthan.But in payment slip it has clearly mentioned that you are entitled for 15 % cashback up to Rs 9000 + interest amount @ Rs 1386.Payment slip attached. but I got only Rs 5886/please provide me full cashback as per your commitment.otherwise I have to go consumer court.no support from dealer.
