[Resolved] Samsung India — improper cooling of refrigerator | |||
I had purchased samsung refrigerator from haryana traders, m. P building golghar, gorakhpur. Model no. Rr26n373zr8/nl. On dated 29/04/2018. I had already registered three complain (Complaint no. [protected] dt._30/04/18, second comp. No.[protected] dt.-6/5/18 & third comp. No. [protected] dt-8/6/18) but still problem of not proper cooling of new refrigerator from first day is not solved. Your service engineer said that he would take the fridge to service centre. I am not satisfied with your service. Kindly see to my colmplain and replace my fridge as soon as possible otherwise i would deal with it legally. Was this information helpful? | |||
