Samsung India — inferior quality of tv and unreliable, inefficient, very costly and doubtful service | |
New tv went out of order within 30 months. After sales service very costly. The service engineer was not found honest. He took away two replaced spare parts without my knowledge and permission. Even after his guptaassurances he failed to return the same. Samsung not replying my emails dt 28th june, 3rd, 4th. 10th, and 11th july 19. They are not taking any action in this regard.
