I have purchased a fully automatic washing machine on 17th oct2017 to samsung authorised dealer at kota. That time they promised the engineer will be come at ur home next day. The next day i got a below message... Dear customer, service engineer neeraj, mobile number [protected] has been assigned against registered service order [protected]. Then i called to mr neeraj but he denied to give his services, he said he has a lot of work. I request you to plz send another person as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
