[Resolved] Samsung India — insurance cover for mobile phone bought under samsung byod program | |
I bought a samsung note 9 in the month of jan 2019 from samsung byod website, at the time of placing order, samsung offered 6000 cash back if purchased using hdfc card and free insurance worth 3999. The invoice and insurance details were send to my official mail id. I left that organisation and lost details. Contacted customer care multiple times, in this week, the customer care simply mentions that they cannot get the duplicate copy on the insurance copy. I have been samsungs loyal customer for 5 years, never expected bad experience from them. Was this information helpful? | |
