[Resolved] Samsung India — issue : fridge is not working and i have lost my bill copy to claim the warranty | |
I have purchased a fridge 3 years before and now it's not working and came to know that it's an issue with compressor. I have lost my fridge bill and the samsung outlet is also closed now from where i have purchased. It was a direct samsung out let and it's closed now... Now the service engineer is not considering my product under warranty. But my product is covered 10 years warranty. It's mentioned on my fridge - 10 years compressor warranty. Service engineer is also aware that it's within warranty... But he is asking bill copy to work on this request... I can share you the serial no and compressor number etc...
