[Resolved]  Samsung India — j7 prime fake call

Sir mere pas[protected] ko nena roy name se 1 mahila ka phn aya. Usne muje bola ki apka no select hua h j7 prime milega apko sirf 4000 rupey me. Uske bad aj[protected] ko fir se call aya ki apka parsal nearby post office me a chuka h jake lele. Bich me 1 bar adress verification ke liye b call aya tha. Mene abi tak vo parsal liya ni h qki muje isme kuch fake lag raha tha. Aur vo itne confidently bat krte h ki jaise isme kuch galat ni h aur apko 100% phn milega ya paise vapas. Aur abi tak vo kah rahe ki usme phn h. Me unki information share kr raha hu plz kuch action le. Nena roy :- [protected].. Another male person:- [protected]. Fir usko daraya ki parsal me kuch ni nikla to usne kaha ki ye no btao parsal kaisa h vaighare... Uske bad 1 bande ne phn kiya ki me crime branch se bol raha hu apki complain darj ki jayegi ap hme ye information btaye... Jaise ki parsal kaisa tha... Uske no... Etc. Pr mene parsal receive hi ni kiya tha isliye usko phn pe bat krne se mna kr diya. Usne kaha me delivery boy aur 2 police valo ko vahan bhej raha hu vo enquiry kr lenge sab. Unhone aesa isliye kiya q ki unko paisa mila ni tha 4000. So unko ye doubt tha ki mene parsal received hi nahi kiya. Ab crime branch vale ka no:- [protected]. Insab karan se samsung ki image kharab hoti h. So i inform u. Plz take strictly action against them.

Even I told them sir u fix the display I'll take the risk of the motherboard I hv important documents plz fixit they are giving the same reason I don't understand phone is on then also Samsung can't give one time replacement

I went to the service centre they are not fixing my note 8 display it's on one time replacement they are just giving the reason motherboard damaged so we can't but phone is in on still 8 months warranty is der plz fix it Samsung
