[Resolved] Samsung India — j7 pro replacement | |||||
My name is mihirkumar r thakkar. I have puchased samsung j7 pro on 31/07/2017. After a week phone's wireless connectivity was stopped. Called at samsung technical care call reference number is [protected]. I have submitted my piece on 18/09/2017 with samsung care (New era softtech service) as the piece is defected with the wireless connectivity problem. Still i donot receive my phone back and i am getting completely dissatisfaction with samsung. I want a replacement from samsung as just launched model gets defective.
