I purchased one led 49" tv set modelua49k5100 of samsung exactly after 17 days after purchase it went out of order. Complain lodged. Till the end of third day nothing done. I want replacement.
The tv set went out of order on 17.07.17.
Date of purchase 30.06.17.
Problem is picture not displaying properly. When switched off the tv set is perfectly ok.
But when tv set is switched on it is looking as if the screen is broken.
Urgent replacement of tv set is required.

I PURCHASED ONE LED 49" TV SET MODELUA49K5100 OF SAMSUNG EXACTLY AFTER 17 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE IT WENT OUT OF ORDER. COMPLAIN LODGED. TILL THE END OF THIRD DAY NOTHING DONE. I WANT REPLACEMENT.
