[Resolved] Samsung India — Led tv not covered in warranty (Purchased from usa) | |||||
Hello samsung support team, I've purchased my 50' led tv (Un50j5200) from pleasanton, california 94588 on june 21, 2016 and have registered the product online. I have the bill available with me which is covered under one year warranty. I also have the extended warranty for another two years. However, the service center claims that tvs that are purchased abroad are not covered under warranty. Request your immediate attention on this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
