[Resolved] Samsung India — Microwave not heating | |||
One month after warranty period, microwave not heating. Service engineer claims capacitor and other components to be replaced. Estimated cost of service is 80%of the value of microwave. On 13th Dec 2015, the purchase of MW73AD-B/XTL was from Ms. Alfa, Ville Parle West. On 11th and 12th heating failure detected and complaint given -ref [protected] After enjoying trouble free purchase of microwave cum grill, from you from 2000, trusted again to buy your Brand product. Customer care 0120-3055450 informed courteously on Sunday, about holiday on Sunday and response will come next day.
Later (91-11-33184587) has contacted and listened to my problems. Then, they recommended service.
When service was not received, complaint was further followed up through customer care 1800 407 267 864, the complaint was well received and they initiated action at appropriate level and committed timely service, which REALLY HAPPENED and my entire family appreciated it.

For online complaint, status update was made.
Frankly, we all felt initially, we should never go for Samsung again. But, this service has earned them goodwill and my loyalty is to continue...
