[Resolved] Samsung India — mis-selling/miscommunication | |||
I purchased a semi-automatic washing machine in september, 2010. Today i reported and lodged the complaint that the dryer isn't spinning, agent name ali loged the complaint and told me 300 + 18% gst will be the service fee. The check up engineer came up and after the check up he told me that the total expenses will be 2650 motor + 300 service fee + 54 gst then i decided not to make repairs and denied and then he told gave me the bill of 354 and said if you pay this right now that will be valid for 1 month and if i pay 295 then it will be a one time fee, that agent name ali never told me that i have to pay the right away. Samsung product request number is [protected]. I called to make a complaint about ali's miscommunication the lady name mitali just said oh i do apologize sir i will report this to higher level. This is completely a # joke why should i bear that charge and the engineer also lie to me he said i told you before the check up you have pay this much right now if you denied.
