I purchased Samsung J7 mobile phone from mobile store, Sadar Bazar, Lucknow on 15 jan 2017( Bill no.-256325). but this phone is not working & giving so many problems. I complained 3 times customer care but the matter is not resolved. The complaint no. are Z258641 Dated-16 jan Z568542 Dated-20 jan Z665233 Dated-23 jan Kindly repair my phone. Thanks.
