Have all the communication in my email. If required, can share all. Finally, They have told to replace my dead phone to a brand new phone and asked me to return the dead phone to their service center, but now finally they are not giving me any confirmation or attending me, it seems they are ignoring me and getting advantage from me. Please help me out and get me relief on urgent basis. final conclusion from my side (already shared the same with Team Samsung and they are in agreement) is that provide me with a brand new phone in lieu of my dead Samsung phone. at present point in time, i am not interested in getting any type of compensation for the harassment i am facing for so long, but it nothing turned positive soon then i may go further on this. this is the last step i am taking after getting frustrated talking and sharing email to them.
