[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile not getting charged | |||
I have purchased 30f galaxy a 8 plus through poorvika coimbatore vide their invoice no. Gsi/3rsp/5360 on 04/07/18. Within 2 months i found the mobile is not getting charged. I took the set to the said shop. First they said it has to be sent to service centre. Then one of the staff found some dust and cleaned and gave it. Again, 0n 12-04-19 it developed the same problem, though i am using the original charger and cable. When i took it to the shop they said to take it to samsung service centre which is around 5 km away from my residence. I am already 72 years old and i cannot run pillar to post.
