[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile not switching on | |||
Guys i did the biggest mistake in my life by visiting barasat samsung service center (Ms mitra traders) for samsung electronics. A team of seasoned unprofessional guys are sitting there headed by the tom boy unprofessional manager ms. Anita das. She is not a manager in any way she should be called as damager as she is ruining the place by her unethical behaviour. She is rude and stubborn lady who is just playing with customers feelings and trust me one day no one will visit that service center. She needs to under go a professional training immediately before she totally ruins samsung's name. Finally my phone was not repaired as she wanted to leave early just bcoz it was durga puja. It seemed she was doing all the customers a favour by working on this auspicious day 16th oct 2018. Bad experience and totally disappointed by ms. Anita das. Never visit that place again.
