[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile phone | |||
I purchased a mobile phone yesterday from adilaxmi samsung mobile store. The shop keepers opened the new one and paind money and brought it to my home at around 2.30pm. I started to see the futures of the open at 4.30pm yesterday. But not getting ready to display the screen. This is a smart phone and paid rs.8500. I went to shop and told about this complaint. They tried but failed and told me to go to samsung service centre in ramanaidupet, machilipatnam, krishna district, ap. Then i went to this service centre and given my phone, charger and bill. They too fail to find out the problem and told me to come at 1.30pm today. I do not have the mobile details with me now and can share at 2pm today. Kindly help me in this regard.
