[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile phone | |||
My samsung a30 mobile is not detecting bsnl sim. I approached the authorized service center and they also accepted that there is a problem in the mobile set but they are not raising a complaint to samsung instead asking me to handover my phone for a day to them unofficially with the sim. When i asked for an acknowledgement they returned my phone and asked me to come the next day. For three consecutive days i am travelling 30 km to the authorized service center but they are not providing. I am really embarrassed by the way your service center people treat me. Why can't i approach consumer court for justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
