[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile phone not working

I bought samsung j5-6 mobile phone in 2017 and is under warranty. The phone display has suddenly stopped working. When shown to customer care, they say the lcd is hard-pressed and they cant cover it under warranty.
My complaint is that screen is intact and phone has been used with due care and still under warranty period, how can samsung deny the repair/replacement of their bad quality product. This is harassment to the customer.
