[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile phone samsung galaxy s8, not working properly | |
I bought mg phone 5 month back, i got freezing of screen related issues around a month later, i thought it was due to no updating of software, then it worked well, then mid sep onwards, i got issues with battery, it went quickly down from 25 to 0 within mins, even after applying battery saver, this do occur even if i put my phone to charge, like if i put it at 9%it wont charge instead went down till 0%, then charge starts, today it crossed all limits i had applied battery saver at 15%and started using a bir at12%it went black instantly, then i put it to charge but it went non responsive, like a corpse... I think that doesnt sound good spending 500, 600$for such a thing and calling it a flagship. Really very disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |
