Job sheet/Work order no.- [protected] Problem Details- he purchased a mobile on 2/12/16 in which a problem of wifi and hotspot was persist after 4 days then he took his phone to SC on 9/12/16 to repair the phone but they told him a software problem is also persist but when he given the phone to them they are saying him that the mobile parts are not available and till now he did not get his mobile. and the customer care told him he will get his phone on 24/1/17 and now he is expecting a new mobile.
