[Resolved] Samsung India — mobile service center fraud mysore | |||
Hello, my name is adithya. I own a galaxy note 8 and was a proud user of the same. After 8 months I noticed a screen burn in issue on the phone and couldn't take it for repair so by the time I went I had missed warranty by 3 days. And I have heard stories of Samsung service centre helping out in such situation but nothing was done. I was fine with that, I was told that the screen and battery had to be changed and it will cost 19000 and everything else was fine when I gave it for this. From the day I got the phone returned I had network issues and battery drain. I thought the network was because of Airtel and had raised a complaint to them and they even installed a new tower in my area. When nothing worked I changed from Airtel to Vodafone and the problem continued. The same SIM worked very well in every other phone. Now when I go back to them and tell the problem they say the motherboard is gone and it will cost 22k. Everything was fine with network before giving it to them and since the day it was returned this happened and they refuse to accept the fault is from them and tell "if you want we will do and pay us the money if not you can take back" and on top of that they charge money just for checking.
