As intimated by the service centre, pathanamthitta, Kerala, the motherboard order has been placed vide above quoted service order on 21.06.2018. After that nothing has been heard from them. Can you intimate me the present position of the complaint. The motherboard of my led tv damaged due to lightning. The complaint lodged your service centre at Pathanamthitta, Kerala, Pin 689647. The service centre intimated that the motherboard details mentioned above is not available in Kerala and Noida, India and they placed order for the same.
