[Resolved] Samsung India — my refrigerator is taken and my refund is not processed

I did not receive my refund it’s over a month i am without a refrigerator. The careless coe team so irresponsible i have tried calling them on there extension and no one ever answered more over they set false expectations about the time not sure if this is going to help me.
All this while i have been writing emails and following up with samsung however no one knows the status exactly the local on-site supervisor does not wants to answer my call nor does he call me out of courtesy not sure what service kind service is this. Now i know why products always have a tfn it’s just for free conversation and no help at all
