[Resolved] Samsung India — no resolution of problem for 3 months!! | |
Waiting to talk to ms pooja ramani for over a month now. No response from her to my numerous emails.. And no call back too!! Only she knows about my problem?? Is that how samsung works that no one else can help!!! Does samsung only believe in selling their products???.. And zero after sales service in case of a defective product delivered to customer?? I have been through severe harassment and false commitments for last 3 months. I will resort to consumer court now. Was this information helpful? | |

My samsung 400 L fridge was not working properly . Freezer not working, freezer cooling totally NIL, and fridge cooling also very low..
