[Resolved] Samsung India — No single engineer is coming for samsung refrigerator service | |||||
My refrigerator cooling is not working since 10 days and regarding this, i am also calling daily to samsung customer care service center, but they are not sending any engineer and they keep on saying that "engineer will reach your location by tomorrow". Every day i call they reply that "we have only 1 engineer for your district area and he wont able to come today". Its been 6 days i am trying samsung customer care numbers but all replies are same. My refrigerator cooling is not working at all due to which i cannot store food in the refrigerator. Hope, you will go through this complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
