[Resolved]  Samsung India — non function of samsung refrigerator

We have purchased a new Digital new brand refrigerator from Samsung. It got defecting within 2 months. Thereafter it is repaired with a assurance given to us that its warranty will also extended. Again it got defective, within 2-3 months. This time we demanded to replace the existing defective piece. The company ensured us that they are going to refund the price of defective refrigerator. However, till date no response has been received from the Company. Its almost one year. Refrigerator was purchased from authorised dealer of samsung from Roorkee in the name of AP Khankriyal.

Sir, we have received call from your representatives. It is regretted to inform you earlier your Company Engineer already made final visit and told us that said fridge would be taken back once the entire amount refunded to us. He had already taken photo copies of documents including aadhar card. Now your representative are telling us that your engineer will visit us to check the fridge. I personally think that redoing the whole exercise will certainly add on to our mental agony which we are
already facing.
