[Resolved] Samsung India — not replacing damaged led smart tv | |||
I have purchased samsung smart tv two months back and screen got vertical lines all over and I raised the complaint, after 6 days technician visited and said tv pannel plus mother board has to change . I objected to change and i requested for replacement of tv .As i know it is quality compromise of the product. during warranty period samsung may change free of cost . after that i have to pay from my pocket . and samsung customer care saying that there is no gurantee for their electronic product it may damage easily . i dont think any common people can afford to change tv panel every year or so as per samsung they have got no guarantee for their electronic product .
