[Resolved] Samsung India — note 8 | |||
The screen of my note 8 cracked andi have replaced the display of my note 8 by paying ₹17000. 17days later my display started to flicker and turned blue. Then i approached to the service centre they checked my phone and said it is some display issue. They kept my phone for around 21 days and in between whenever i called them they kept me saying that they are working on it and 21days later they called me and said that it is due to some water damage. When i gave them my phone my phone is not water damaged. And now they are saying i have to pay ₹26000 for my phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
