[Resolved]  Samsung India — note 9 mobile

I am struggling to get support from authorized service center and they don't even ready to listen to my problem and they are going by their own way of testing the issue and rejected stating no issue with phone, whereas i have share all proofs on the issues. The phone batter draining even in ideal condition without any usage.
The service center phone nobody answers, always i have to talk to samsung support number and get update, no update from service center on the ticket status, they have closed sr silent. The support is very pathetic, you guys should feel ashamed saying flagship phone and bla bla, if treat high end phone customers this way? I cannot imagine how badly you would treat other customers.
I have upgraded my mobile phone from s7 edge to note9 on[protected] and till last three week my phone performance was excellent (Except camera related issues).
But from last three week suddenly the battery is draining very quickly and no changes done on mobile, (I. E. No updates installed or no new apps installed or usage pattern changed or settings modified) except using new samsung fast wireless charging pad.
Normally i do full charge of phone before going to bed and by morning the battery usage was to be only 10%-15% earlier, but now it is around 45%-50% usage.
So it is almost 30% extra battery usage though no changes done on phone and which is huge difference, also it is very concerning.
The only reason i have upgraded my phone is to have more battery backup, but unfortunately the hardware/software is malfunctioning?
I have also done factory reset and only installed third party app whatsapp, wynk, but behaviour is same.
The battery usage report percentages and actual usages are not matching. I am attaching battery usage screen shot.
I have tried basic charging and ensured no background apps are running, but no improvement.
Even visited service centre and post flashing still it same and last week i gave again to tvs electronics (Authorized service center) and they closed sr stating no issues observed and not ready to give any kind of information how they tested and what is battery backup? Also currently i am using s7 edge and i am almost getting 24 hours of backup as per my regular usage. For this they are giving justification both phones are different, so they mean to say note9 with 4000mah will give only 12 hours of backup and s7 edge with 3600mah would give better backup then note9? Don’t you think it is #???
I have collected my mobile from service center yesterday[protected] and during collection asked for information to mr venkat (Tl) how the mobile has been checked and concluded that it is fine? They don't have any kind of documents and no proper information given how many hours battery is with standing. This was discussed with customer support and requested for complete documentation so i can take it up legally. But no proof has been given.
Seems guys are not bothered about customer issues, just playing with us and doing time pass. I have spent so much time on this, why i should go through all this?? This is effecting my personal and professional time. It is clearly evident that mobile battery is not withstanding? How your team can close the sr mentioning no issue observed? No quality process or checks done?
During collection they have flashed my mobile and delivered. The camera issue i have reported immediately and mentioned in job sheet.
After reaching home i have checked it and understood that samsung healthy, pass, secure folder and others not working. And error message is mobile has been rooted the app will not function, this has been reported to cs and sent whats-app to service tl and manger.
1. The battery drained completely by morning and mobile dead in just 13 hours?
2. Some of the apps not functioning since mobile has been rooted.
3. The data is fluctuating and sometimes browser giving message no internet connection.
4. And the heat can be observed left center of the phone.

I am attaching screen shots of battery usage post factory reset, safe mode and after flash, the percentage used and also latest screen which was taken today morning.

Pathetic service and seems the technicians are not competent to identify a simple issue which was reported with all the screen shot evidences.
