[Resolved] Samsung India — order samsung s9 plus on 14th march 2018 but still don't know when it will arrive
Dear sir / madam,
I have order samsung s9 plus on samsung eshop website on 14th march 2018. I have received mail from [protected]@samsungshop.in that my order id[protected] has been dispatched on 15th march 2018 at 1:27 am (Early morning). The letter states that my above stated order is been send by blue dart express limited airway bill no. [protected] and i can track the order after 5 to 10 hours.
Now, it has been more than 55 hours but i cannot track my courier online. When i called blue dart courier they told that such airway number does not exist so check with samsung customer service and get the correct no. When i called the customer service they told me that they have raised a complain on my behalf and i will get answer within 24 to 48 hours.
Don't you think that the customer care answer to my query is stupid. They have all data online.in today world it takes just seconds to check the data and for that samsung take 24 to 48 hours.
While purchasing the product i thought that if i purchase the product from samsung shop i can get quick service. But sorry to say that i was wrong. Flipkart and amazon are give quick response and delivery then you samsung shop.
While purchasing the website said that i will get delivery of my order between 2 to 4 days but i am still finding hard to even track my order.
Kindly look into this matter and reply at the earliest.

Dear Sir / Madam, Today morning when I called samsung shop customer care no. 1800407267864 the customer care person told me that the order has been returned but has not reached warehouse. It will take 2 to 3 days to update and then they will update me. I have not returned the order from my end as it has not reached at my place. I know they are telling lie but now I want my money back. I want help from consumers complaint forum to help me out in get my refund at the earliest.
