[Resolved] Samsung India — pathetic customer care and company | |||
I have samsung phone with bill and under warranty the phone was purchased by cousin he used and in between hi friend also then i took the phone from him fter 6 months there was heating up and battery drain problem woth the handset, i went to customer care as my phone was under warranty, so instead of straight giving warranty on the phone they started asking me to get photo ids of the person who name the phone was . When i got the id of that my cousin, customer care started asking for the id of his friend who used the phone...what kind of harrowing customer care is this...ORIGINAL BILL HAS NO VALUE NOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY...WHAT A FAKE COMPANY IS THIS.
