I am fed up of your customer support ĺ have bought s10+ in pre order offer in india. From last 4 days your customer support is playing nasty games to avoid support and juggling me from one source to another. I fell like my step for moving towards samsung was a ridiculous step by me. I am still not able to avail the offer. More over when you raise a complaint on chat they insist you call customer care saying they limited information, when you call customer care they dose same diverting you put a mail and when you mail no one tends to reply. When you call them again they say to put another mail. Same thing goes on and on. We now should reliase these brand are not service friendly they only tend to lure and loot customer.
