[Resolved] Samsung India — Phone under warranty | |||||
I bought Samsung Note 5...4 months. All of the sudden it stop getting charged. I showed the phone in Service Center 201, Second Floor, Ava Court Mall, Opposite to Park Hospital, Chestnut St, Malibu Town, Sector 47, Gurgaon, Haryana 122018 they said the there is problem in display and they will charge 120018 for under warranty phone. How can it be possible when there was 1% percent battery left display was working fine. How can they claim for display issue. I am really disappointed with the service. I need strict action to be taken against Samsung so they do not be fool customer like this, Was this information helpful? | |||||
