[Resolved] Samsung India — poor after sales service | |
I would like to bring to your notice that i had made a complaint about my refrigerator to which my complaint was attended to by ur technician mr mohd javed. He recommended that i should switch off the refrigerator overnight as the drain pipe could be choked after which he would attend and resolve my problem the next day. He was paid the visiting charges for which no receipt was given. Despite my repeated calls to the service centre and mr javed regarding the incompletion of the job there has been no response. My problem still persists. It is deplorable that despite patronising the company product for many years we receive such bad service not expected of such a reputed company. I request you to kindly please take sum action to maintain ur reputation failing which i would have to think about recommending ur products. Was this information helpful? | |
