[Resolved] Samsung India — poor customer service in visakhapatnam | |||
I had lodged a complaint about my air conditioner on 21/4/18 at visakhapatnam and the complaint number given was [protected]. Inspite of repeated reminders and requests no one has been sent. Every time they keep saying that they are looking into the issue. Have never been so irritated in my entire defence career of 24 yrs. These guys are really bold to hire such people with so low an intellect that its shocking. Was this information helpful? | |||
