[Resolved] Samsung India — poor quality product | |||
I want to bring in your notice that I purchased a LED 1 year back on 20 July 2017 via flipkart paying Rs 170000. It was installed approximately on 26-27 of July. On 24 August approximately 1 year and few days more my TV broke down. The service team says it is out of warranty now and they can't help. They are giving an estimate of 41000 for panel change. Please help me out as it is a big Harrasment on the part being a loyal customer and trusting your company. Any person makes such investment for atleast 4-5 years and is a huge loss to our family and our hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||
