[Resolved] Samsung India — Poor service of android phone | |||
I am using mobile model : SM - G530H since 2 years. Recently my mobile became slow and used to hang very frequently. I went to nearest Samsung service at MOBILE SEVA at 103, 1st floor, Krishna grand, Marathahalli, Outer Ring Road Junction, BANGALORE - 560037. They told to update software and updated it. Since then battery dries very fast. I again went there. This time they kept the phone with them for 1 day. They told that there was problem with the port. They changed it and charged Rs.500. But still facing same problem which shows very poor customer service. I am not satisfied with their service and didn't expect this from Samsung. Please look into the matter. There's some problem with the audio of the tv. I hv tried by increasing the volume by the remote( which is functioning well) but the volume still is very low.
