Samsung India — poor service & response of samsung india

I purchase refrigerator in year 2006 and. M facing problem i wrote e-mail to samsung indian ceo also because m not get solution of my complained no.-[protected] on dated-20.07.19 through your customer care for my product (Refrigerator) issue and after passed 13 days also its not resolve my problem. They pushing me to replace / scrap this existing product. Its very surprise that they not understand customer pain or financial problem just they avoid their responsibilities & transfer case to customer and bluntly saying this spare will not arrange or it will not resolve you need to scrap. Even though behavior was also not satisfactory.
Pl look into this issue and need to take action immediately. Hope you will understand my concern and provided some solution as because its a liability of all the product manufacturer to provide the spare after sale service and customer service is in your own priority
