[Resolved] Samsung India — Poor servicing | |
Hi sir my name is sarita kamlesh jaiswal i purchased samsung galaxy j2 on 19.08.16, bill no-1690 at the cost of 7500 but on the date 07.02.2017 there was a crack in the display so the next day i took it to the service centre near khar station the cost for repairing the display was 3500 and the phone was to be returned in max 6 days but it now it has become more than 15 days but i have not got my phone yet so sir plez do sumthing to help Was this information helpful? | |
