Installation service post sales in chennai is deplorable. The team leader of the installation dept even suggests to go ahead and complain to the head office. Obviously samsung does not invest on training its staff to even speak courteously to a customer, not evenwhen samsung is at fault. Request no.[protected] purchased a refrigerator from dealer in chennai on 18/10/17. It is 21/10/17 samsung hasnt had the time to install the product because they are busy with "heavy diwali sales" Was this information helpful? | |||
