[Resolved] Samsung India — problem unresolved

My problem is unresolved. I went in with software problem of emergency calls. My phone is damaged and handed over and now the samsung customer service people are behaving in an unprofessional way. Not hearing to the customer nor taking the available proof. They are speaking only one way commanding "either you take or get lost" is the trend. Wrote to samsung ceo o[censored]sa. My issue is not resolved you are playing fake games after your authorized service center people from kukatpally branch stole my original mother board and replased with a fake one fraudsters.
