To The nodal officer Sub: product deliver issue Sir, I m very much disappointed with the services of samsung mobile, now its a almost 11 days over after payment done but still handset not received, i have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I m very disappointed by the service of your company. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. I have last solution to solve my problem to go consumer court for file my problem.
