I have purchased Samsung 40' curved full HD TV on 16/04/2017 from M/s Delhi Enterprises, Station Road, Bhandara, state Maharashtra, PIN Code 441904. The product is delivered to me but installation is still pending. daily we are following up your dealer and he is promising to send the person immediately but failed to do so from last 10 days. TV Details : Model No. 40K6300AKLXL, Sr. No. 0A7X3P3J300481 Bill No : 13 dated 16/04/2017 Due to above episode we are very much disturbed and thinking of returning the product . We just thought to inform you as M/s Samsung is a reputed Company so to have your dealers also equally responsible and customer oriented. If the TV is not installed tomorrow I will have no other option but to return it. Hope my concern will be taken up on top priority & immediate action will be taken. Regards.
