[Resolved] Samsung India — product received defective

I have received samsung refrigerator model code rt28n3342r2.: the cardboard carton (Box) was completely torn from the base. The thermocole of the base was completely open. The back side of the refrigerator was covered with a thick layer of dust. The entire outer body of the refrigerator was covered with dust layer. There was no plastic cover on the refrigerator.
I have spoken with the online customer chat but they are unable to help.
I wish to return the refrigerator. Please deliver new, clean and petty pack product at the earliest.
A global company like yours needs better service.
