Samsung India — purchased item not shipped - no status | |||||
I have purchased a replacement of note 9 s pen for rs 1, 999 from samsung online store on september 5th, 2018. During payment i was promised that the delivery will happen in max 2-4 business working days. It has been more than 2 weeks and samsung customer service are clueless about the status (They just say it's under processing) and now they say it's out of stock. While the online samsung site still says in stock and allowing consumers to purchase. Very much dissatisfied with the way consumers are being treated. Having bought a premium phone from samsung (Galaxy note 9), and paid for replacement too, i am being taken for a ride without helping me with actual status. Was this information helpful? | |||||
