[Resolved] Samsung India — received a damaged refrigerator | |||
I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator 321Lts RT34M5518S, Invoice No: 1206T[protected] from Metro Wholesale on 6th March. I have received the product on 8th March which I not opened. When the Samsung representative he clearly told us that the product is a damaged piece and the leg got broken and since then I was in touch with both the Samsung team and Metro team none of them are resolving the issue. Metro team are saying it goes to Samsung we can't do anything and Samsung people are saying that I need to contact Metro people for replacement. As I have received a damaged product I request for a replacement. Its been almost two months and my issue is not resolved. Almost of 4-5 times the Samsung Executives are visiting my place and taking photographs but the issue is not getting resolved. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful.
