[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator | |||
Today i had lodged complaint for repair of my samsung refrigerator. Mr sunil (Contact number [protected]) from sai refrigerator came to repair the samsung refrigerator and he told that a part by name of senser is defective and needs to be changed. He brought another part and said that this part is new and will cost inr 3150. But, we found that part was old. So we told him that we will get new part from market. Hearing this, he feed from our house. New part was changed by another service personal for rs 300 only. We hereby want to com plain against this personal. Please investigate this matter.
